White concentrates

POLCOLOR WHITE are white concentrates made from titanium dioxide Ti02 on a polymer carrier (PE, PP, PS, EVA) with different white contents. The titanium white used in the thermoplastic products results in effective white colouring and a dust-free coverage effect. Innovative manufacturing technology of our white concentrates gives the final products additional production possibilities and better properties dispersion compared to standard products found in the plastics market. .

All POLCOLOR WHITE concentrates have the necessary certificates and food contact approval for applications requiring this. Depending on the requirements as and the production processes themselves and the final application, we offer white concentrates with and without chalk filler, then based mainly on Ti02 titanium white and a polymer carrier. White concentrates with concentrations ranging from 20% to 70% Ti02 can have a milky or bluish tint. They are also characterised by their ideal dispersion and flow properties, which give maximum covering power and facilitated processing in given production applications.
